Who are we ?
The Association of Nepal Terai in Australia (ANTA) is a non-profit based social organization, and was registered with the State of New South Wales on “October 1st 2008”. First Nepali Teraian Association was born in Sydney Australia with the objectives of assisting Teraian Nepalese and supports democracy and its values and practices among all Nepalese.
What are our objectives ?
· Promote harmonious relationship amongst all Nepalese.
· Support and promote close cooperation among people from Terai.
· Promote advancement of Teraians identity, heritage and cultural awareness.
· Help people/organization from Terai in Nepal through monetary fund.
· Build and develop relation with local Nepalese organization.
Why do we need an another Association ?
ANT-Australia was formed to promote Advancement and Awareness of the Teraian's Identity, Linguistic and Cultural heritage, and facilitate close ties, cooperation and networking among Nepali Teraians in Australia.
We believe development of country is entirely depend on development of “One Individual” which leads to development of house, village, region and that makes up with whole country.
Why become Member ?
· Full eligibility to participate in election process of ANTA.
